Building their own facilities, learning to grow 15 acres of a unique crop with an organic, holistic management style, and establishing a market for fresh almond products has contained many challenges for Trinity and Mariea Richards. Every stage of production is done on the farm. This gives them direct control of the quality & freshness, from harvest to distribution. Very long days, but rewarding. Along with the almonds, the Richards grow olives, pick your own vegetables, their own honey – cold spun to retain the vitamins & enzymes & free range eggs. A wide range of almond products and honey Available from:: All can be bought straight from the produce shop. Aintree Farm products are also sold at local wineries, organic stores, cafes, gourmet food outlets, tourism complexes, farmers markets and food/wine festivals.
